Ingredients: Flour blend(Jowar, semolina, Almonds), Jaggery, Unsweetened Cocoa powder, salt, nutmeg

How to Use: In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of mix an half cup of milk, tbsp. ghee and prepare thick batter. (optional: for fluffier brownie add baking soda/ can add chocolate chips if desired). Brownie: Pour batter (thin layer up to 1/2) in a greased (ghee/butter)microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 30-45 sec. Check and microwave it more 30 sec if required. Steam cake: Pour batter (up to 3/4th) in a greased (ghee/butter)metal mould (idli mould/small steel bowl)and steam it for 8 to 10 until inserted toothpick comes out clean. suggestion: can top it up with chocolate syrup.

Storage & Shelf Life: After opening keep the product in an airtight container and store it in a cool & dry place. Stay good for 2 months at normal room temperature. Refrigerate for longer use up to 4 months.
