Ingredients: Flour blend(Banana, ragi, semolina), Jaggery, Unsweetened Cocoa powder, salt, nutmeg

How to Use: In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of mix and add 1/2 cup of milk. Mix using whisker. Add more milk if required and prepare thick batter like uttapam batter. (optional: for fluffier pancake you can add 1/4th tsp of baking soda). Rest it for 5 to 7 mins.
Heat a flat non-stick pan on medium to low heat, drizzle some ghee and pour the batter. Do not spread.
Cook on both sides and serve warm.
Suggestion:
Can top it up with honey, date syrup, date spread or castor sugar or have it just like that.

Storage & Shelf Life: After opening keep the product in an airtight container and store it in a cool & dry place. Stay good for 2 months at normal room temperature. Refrigerate for longer use up to 4 months.
